Privacy policy
decades.plus is a static, content-first site. We collect as little personal data as possible and never sell it. This page explains exactly what is collected, why, on what legal basis, and how to exercise your rights.
Who is responsible
The data controller for this website is Štěpán Živnůstka ("we"). You can reach us about any privacy matter at [email protected].

What we collect
Newsletter / course sign-up. When you submit one of the email forms on this site we collect the email address you enter and, optionally, your first name. We use these solely to send you the content you asked for. We do not collect this data unless you actively submit a form.
Browsing. The site is served as static files. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies and do not run third-party analytics at this time. If that changes, this page and a cookie notice will be updated first.
Server logs. Our hosting provider may process technical data (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) in standard server logs for security and operation, as is normal for any website.
Legal basis & how long we keep it
We process your sign-up data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
We keep sign-up data only for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it.
Who else processes it
Email delivery is handled by our newsletter processor, {{EMAIL_PROCESSOR}} (e.g. SendFox). Your email and name are stored on their platform under their own data-processing terms. Hosting is provided by our static host. We do not transfer your data to anyone else.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it ("right to be forgotten"), restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond within the legally required period. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected here. Last reviewed: {{LAST_REVIEWED}}.
