Frequently asked questions

How fast can I expect results, and how much will I lose?
This is a lasting change, not a sprint. You should see results right away — usually around ±0.5 kg per week, depending on your weight. Heavier people will of course lose more kilograms in absolute terms.
Will I have to become vegan?
Definitely not — I’m not vegan myself. Eating mostly plants doesn’t mean going vegan; we’ll simply work to cut the share of high-calorie, ultra-processed foods and raise the share of plants.
Do I have to exercise to lose weight?
It depends how much time you have and how fast you want results. Weight loss happens mainly through diet. Exercise matters most for building muscle, strength, speed and endurance. If we want to support weight loss with exercise, we’ll need more volume — at least 30–60 minutes of light activity a day.
Will I have to go to the gym?
You won’t, unless you want to — but we’ll definitely add some strength training, whether that’s bodyweight at home, group classes, calisthenics at an outdoor park, or lifting at the gym.
What if it doesn’t work and I lose nothing at all?
I’d strongly doubt that, but if you implement my system through the 1:1 coaching and nothing changes, I’ll refund your money. All of it, no questions asked.
